Fashion Designer
We are looking for a Fashion Designer to design and develop MISS MODERN products in line with the brand DNA, collection direction, and market demand. This role involves concept development, design execution, close collaboration with production teams, and refining designs to ensure they are both wearable and commercially viable.
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with practicality and understands real production processes.
Job Responsibilities
Design & Collection Development
• Design apparel aligned with brand identity and target customers
• Develop collection ideas, mood boards, and design concepts
• Create design details including silhouettes, fabrics, and colors
Product Development & Production
• Collaborate with Production and Merchandising teams
• Revise samples until they are ready for mass production
• Ensure designs are wearable, cost-effective, and marketable
Coordination & Improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Merchandising, Marketing)
• Apply sales and customer feedback to product improvements
• Support special collections or campaigns when required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion design
- Understanding of real production and sampling processes
- Strong fashion sense with an understanding of the women’s market
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in basic design software (Illustrator / Photoshop)
- Open to feedback and revisions
Work Location&Hours

Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok
- Working day: Full-time (5 days/week)
