Operation / Brand Supervisor oversees the brand’s back-end operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across people, systems, and processes. This role acts as the central coordinator for daily operations, problem-solving, and follow-ups involving teams, systems, and customers.
This position is critical in maintaining operational excellence, supporting team performance, and ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience.


 

Job Responsibilities

Operation & System Management
• Oversee all back-end operations to ensure smooth workflows (sales, orders, stock, delivery)
• Review and improve operational workflows for better efficiency
• Ensure accuracy of system data such as orders, stock, and task status

People & Process Supervision
•Supervise and follow up on related teams (Store, Chat, Warehouse, Admin)
•Resolve day-to-day operational issues and support urgent decision-making
•Track progress to ensure tasks are completed on time

Problem Solving & Follow-up
•Handle and resolve issues related to people, systems, and customers
•Take ownership of complex or escalated cases from front-line teams
•Follow up until issues are fully resolved and prevented from recurring

Brand & Customer Experience
•Maintain service standards and brand image across all touchpoints
•Ensure customer communication aligns with brand tone and positioning
•Support teams in delivering a consistent and premium customer experience

Reporting & Improvement
•Report operational status, issues, and solutions to management
•Propose system and process improvements for long-term growth

 

Job Requirement

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, brand, or admin roles
  • Strong understanding of back-end operations (orders, stock, systems, teams)
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Able to manage people, processes, and systems simultaneously
  • Good communication and cross-team coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Customer experience and brand-standard oriented

 

Work Location&Hours

  • Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok

  • Working day: Full-time (5 days/week)
