Merchandiser
We are looking for a Production Merchandiser with experience in fashion merchandising and garment production. This role focuses on product planning, material sourcing, stock management, and coordinating with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure collections meet market demand and are delivered on time.
This position is ideal for someone who understands both fashion and numbers, and can turn data into clear product and sales decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Product & Sales Planning
- Analyze sales by style, color, and size
- Plan production quantities for each lot
- Identify new product opportunities, restocks, and slow-moving items
Stock & Inventory Management
- Control stock levels to match sales performance
- Monitor best-selling and slow-moving products
- Prepare stock and product performance reports
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Warehouse, and Marketing teams
- Provide product insights to the marketing team (hero items, key SKUs)
- Support collection and campaign planning
Reporting & Improvement
- Prepare sales and product performance reports
- Use data insights to continuously improve product planning strategies
Qualifications
- Have 2–5 years experience in Merchandising / Garment production
- Are strong in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understand garment production flow
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Communicate well with multi-functional teams
- Love fashion + have good taste + strong logic
Work Location&Hours

Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok
- Working day: Fulltime (5 days/week)
